This private reference site is independent of every government office. It neither stores official records nor retrieves them, performs official checks, or files documents for users.

Its content routes readers to Baker County Sheriff, the proper local court, Oregon State Police CJIS, the Oregon State Police Sex Offender Registry, and optional third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone

Oregon law controls release of Oregon State Police Sex Offender Registry information, and misuse against a listed person may carry penalties. Registry data supports public safety, not vigilante action or discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If a regulated purpose requires a background check, use Oregon State Police CJIS or an appropriate FCRA-compliant screening company.
